Or would one have to wait until the other has been proven not to be the father, how long does it take and does it cost anything just asking because someone said that it can’t be done that one potential dad would have to wait until the other’s case was closed

DNA tests are not “cheap” – so if one mans dna test proved that a child is not his – then the other man can try to claim this child as his. However, I really doubt that one single woman can attract two separate men eager to take on the responsibilities of fatherhood and child support. If a woman claims that her partner is the father of a child born out of wedlock, she is entitled to only one try with the DNA.

im taking my sons mother to court for child support, and visitation, she doesnt want to let me see him. i know the judge will ask Id i want to take a DNA test to make sure he is my son, if I want the DNA test do i have to pay for it? or does the courts pay for it?
im takin her to court for visitation but they gonna put me on child support automatically

this is for child support. I live in nyc. his name is not on the birth certificate, but the court order for the both of us to come take the dna for my son. But I did not see him at all. can he get away with this if there is no dna???

The court would make a default ruling. Unfortunately, they will not do the same thing when it is the mother.

I was born in Germany but applied for my US citizenship 3 years ago and my claim was successful. Now my father wants my to conduct a paternity test and threatens me that if I don’t give him access to my blood, he will revoke my citizenship. Now I live in NYC and was asking myself whether he can revoke my citizenship?

If your visa is based on him being your parent, then he can revoke that claim, which would affect any chance of you being allowed to stay. All men should test their children as 30% of the test come back negative.
